Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an organized self-starter to join our dynamic Collections team! As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for handling calls on any past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, to include third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail.
The position will emphasize the handling/collecting calls, while following all State and Federal Laws, assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts, and perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations.
Additional responsibilities include:
?ollection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management
?aintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators
?egally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received
?aintain detailed and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account. Request skip tracing
?ssist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required

To fulfill this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
?igh School or equivalent /GED
?xcellent communications skills
?ust meet federal and state licensure requirements.
?lexible Schedule Mon-Sat from 8am to 11pm
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
?ore than 6 months collections experience or related area(Customer Services or Sales)
?kip tracing experience
?imeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience
?ilingual in French.
