This is a temporary position that will end by or before May 1, 2025.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
?oordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training.
?rain new and existing employees on client projects emphasizing customer confidentiality and security.
?evelop non-classroom communication and training materials.
?ssess individual participant and class performance.
?articipate in minor client interaction including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback and client visits.
?emonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees.
?hrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment.
?nsure all policies and procedures are adhered to including Security, HR, Operations, etc.
?erform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager.

?ust be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST
