Job Description
Responsibilities: ?nswers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns ?valuate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate ?rete relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs ?espond to the customer questions, inquiries, requests and problems accurately, concisely and appropriately ?romotes interest in client products and services ?onsistently achieves established standards of the position ?ontinually portray and project a positive and professional image. ?rovide administrative support to the customer service team ?ay assist with overflow work and other duties as needed ?romotes interest in client products and services ?onsistently achieves established standards of the position ?ontinually portray and project a positive and professional image ?rovide administrative support to the customer service team ?ay assist with overflow work and other duties as needed ?his position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home
Qualifications
Requirements: ?igh school diploma or equivalent. ?xperience in customer service. ?trong telephone etiquette. ?amiliarity with CRM tools. ?xcellent communication skills. ?bility to manage multiple tasks at once. ?bility to adapt to different personalities.
