NoGigiddy is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Community Manager to join our remote team. In this role you will help build and manage our community platform for gig workers using Circle.so. You will be responsible for moderating the community, engaging with members, and fostering a positive and supportive online environment. This position is ideal for someone passionate about community building and eager to start their career in community management. No college degree is required, but strong communication skills and a passion for helping people are essential.

Key Responsibilities: ?ommunity Engagement: Actively engage with gig workers through our community platform, Circle.so, encouraging participation and fostering a sense of community. ?oderation: Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members. ?ontent Creation: Develop and share content that resonates with our community, including posts, articles, and updates about NoGigiddy and gig work opportunities. ?upport and Communication: Address questions, concerns, and feedback from community members promptly and effectively. ?vent Coordination: Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and live sessions to engage and inform our community. ?eedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from the community to help improve our platform and services. ?ollaboration: Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and to support marketing and recruitment efforts. ?nalytics and Reporting: Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on community activities and growth.

Skills and Qualifications: ?ommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ?reativity: Ability to create engaging and original content. ?rganizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ?nterpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships within the community. ?echnical Skills: Proficiency with community management platforms (e.g., Circle.so) and social media tools. ?roblem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve community issues and conflicts effectively. ?ime Management: Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines. ?ustomer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
?xperience in community management, social media management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
?revious experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus.
?xperience hosting and coordinating virtual events.

Education:
?igh school diploma or equivalent.
?elevant certifications or coursework in social media, marketing, or community management are beneficial but not required.
