Duties
?andle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
?isten actively to customers, identify their needs, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
?eet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and other KPIs as determined by management.
?articipate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
Experience
?rior experience in a call center/customer service role.
?ast-paced call center environments.
Qualifications: ?xcellent verbal and written communication skills. ?trong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. ?bility to work independently and manage time effectively. ?roficiency with computers and customer management software (e.g., CRM systems). ?bility to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations. ?ilingual is a plus but not required.
Technical Requirements: ?eliable high-speed internet connection. ? quiet, distraction-free work environment. ? computer with up-to-date operating system and sufficient processing power for call center software. ? headset with a microphone for clear communication.
Schedule/Pay Rate:
?onday to Friday (Hours can vary).
?:30am - 5:00pm range.
?16.63 hourly - Paid Weekly.
