About the Role
As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating closely with our clinical leadership team. You will complete start-of-care assessments, routine visits, and ongoing patient education to support patient-centered care. Our new AI documentation tools make charting faster, easier, and more personalized for both you and your patients.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year of skilled Medicare home health experience using OASIS preferred
- Experience with Kinnser a plus!
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
