Pharmacist (Hawaii – Remote) Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Target Location: Hawaii (HI) Licensure Requirement: Active pharmacist license in Hawaii required Role Overview A forward-thinking telehealth organization is seeking a Pharmacist to support patients across Hawaii through remote clinical services. This position is centered on virtual care delivery, with a strong emphasis on medication optimization, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to improve health outcomes. This role is ideal for pharmacists who are adaptable, patient-focused, and confident in leveraging digital tools to deliver high-quality care.
