**The Role**
As our Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Operations and Sales teams. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working mostly remotely with occasional in-person visits to our Seattle, WA office. You'll be responsible for processing orders, handling customer-facing tasks, and providing exceptional service to both B2B and B2C clients. This role requires a proactive mindset, a passion for small, fast-growing consumer brands, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process orders for key accounts and independent retailers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
* Approve wholesale portal orders, maintaining strong relationships with our B2B partners
* Provide exceptional customer service to B2B and B2C clients, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
**About You**
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working under tight timelines with minimal supervision. If you have experience in small team or startup environments and possess excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for:
* **Required:**
+ Excel familiarity (vlookup, pivot tables)
+ Proactive, self-starter mentality
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* **Preferred:**
+ 2-3 years of experience within the consumer products industry
+ Experience with Acctivate or SQL Databases
+ Experience with QuickBooks
+ Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
