Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must be a resident of North Carolina
- Private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise and distractions
- Sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred
- Professional vocabulary and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Assertive, quick thinking, and excellent schedule adherence and attendance
- Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus
- Good computer skills and proficiency in using various software applications
