We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage key operational tasks across our eBay account, inventory procurement, and general business functions. The role includes maintaining our eBay account's Top Rated status, coordinating inventory shipments from sellers, managing financial records, and ensuring seamless communication with our contractors and team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, logistics, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities: ?onitor eBay Account Health: ?nsure the eBay account maintains top-rated seller status by regularly monitoring performance metrics ?rack key metrics such as item-not-as-described returns, item-not-received cases, and overall account health ?eedback & Customer Support Management: ?onitor customer feedback and address any issues quickly and professionally ?ontact eBay customer support to remove negative feedback that qualifies for removal ?nventory Purchasing Management: ?urchase and send shipping labels to sellers to ship inventory ?inalize inventory purchases from sellers, ensuring professional and excellent written English communication. ?aintain and update the inventory sheet to reflect accurate stock levels and ensure all inventory is accounted for ?arehouse Supply Management: ?lace orders for supplies the warehouse needs to support daily operations and inventory management ?inancial & Payroll Coordination: ?aintain communication with the bookkeeping agency to ensure financial records are updated and accurate ?rocess team payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees and contractors ?ontractor & Team Communication: ?anage communication with contractors, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time ?acilitate coordination between the internal team and external partners as necessary ?eporting & Progress Tracking: ?rovide reports summarizing progress toward operational goals, including eBay account health, inventory status, shipping, and financial performance ?dditional Responsibilities: ?andle any additional tasks required for the smooth operation, including special projects or assisting with website operations

Requirements

Qualifications: ?xperience managing eBay seller accounts, including maintaining high performance standards ?trong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently ?amiliarity with e-commerce, shipping logistics, and inventory management ?roficiency in bookkeeping and payroll processing ?xcellent communication skills for managing relationships with contractors, sellers, and the internal team ?bility to provide timely and accurate reports and updates
