The opportunity
We are looking for solution based SALES representatives with strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills, that can showcase and upsell products, who can think on their feet and adapt to the individual call, who will act as a liaison, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency by using product knowledge and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
?anage large amounts of incoming calls
?enerate sales leads
?dentify and assess customers?eeds to achieve satisfaction
?uild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
?rovide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
?eet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
?andle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
?ollow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
?ake the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications and Experience
?+ years' experience in Sales and Customer Service roles with customer facing responsibilities
?ust be able to be trustworthy and work independently
?xceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
?trong attention to detail
?roficient with using Microsoft Office: Power point, Word, Excel, CRM applications
?trong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent
?udgment required
?ilingualism is considered an asset
?ustomer Service/ Sales experience 3 years minimum
?or the right candidate, there is room for advancement based on performance and reliability.
?ome college or vocational school preferred
Other Details
?his is a position that requires all work shift availability, including nights and weekends. Our regular business hours are 8am-8pm Monday through Sunday. Each week, you will be given a weekly schedule, which will vary, but will be scheduled within these hours.
?roviding daycare or homeschooling on a regular basis for children or other dependents is NOT permitted.
