WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
?rovide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer? preferred language
?elp customers resolve basic technical issues
?rack, document, and retrieve information in databases
?ffer additional products and/or services
?eliver expert customer experiences?th a smile

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
?he ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
?+ year of customer service experience
? high school diploma or GED
? quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
?roficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
?agerness to learn new technologies
?trong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
? desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
?igh Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
?ust reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
