As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish and English) working from home, you will:
?rovide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer? preferred language
?elp customers resolve basic technical issues
?rack, document, and retrieve information in databases
?ffer additional products and/or services

Other qualifications for our Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish and English) (Remote) role include: ?he ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English ?+ year of customer service experience ?pen availability ? high school diploma or GED ? quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home ?roficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking ?agerness to learn new technologies ?trong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge ? desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing ?omputer Requirements: ?ring your own device ?his position does not loan equipment ?evice must be a desktop or laptop computer (No Macs, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) ?perating System: Windows 10+ ?AM: 8GB or higher ?rocessor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher ?nternet Requirements: ?SL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) ?peeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher ?hile working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable ?igh Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone ?ust reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
