Customer Services
?ositively manage existing customer enquiries and issues, to ensure first step resolution where possible.
?ave a proactive and consistent approach to dealing with customer queries to actively maximize all opportunities to protect and increase revenue for the company.
?ctively engage with all team competitions and incentives, to drive personal and team goals.
?chieve individual minimum KPI levels - daily, weekly, and monthly.
?rovide feedback on the impact of changes to Process to the CC Manager
?eliver exceptional customer service at all times, in accordance with the Customer Service Charter, and drive positive Feefo / Google reviews.
?eal effectively with any customer complaints and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer or escalate to the CC Manager where necessary.
Operations
?eep accurate records of all communications with customers on the RS3 Cloud system, including answer services, emails, social media, and phone conversations.
?nsure all reporting tools are correctly completed to the agreed timelines.
?scalate any system issues that are reducing the department? ability to run effectively.
?scalate any issues raised by customers regarding customer facing technology ,such as the access points . Online Check in and my account.
?rovide suggestions and feedback to the CC Manager regarding improvements to systems that would enhance customer experience or improve activity.
?ssist CC Manager in identifying ways to improve department processes.
?nsure all equipment such as Laptops, headsets etc. is maintained kept in good working order.
