Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary ?30,802
Location: Central London
Hours: Monday - Friday Between 8am- 4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm (Flexible rota)
Hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 at home, fully remote or fully office based options available (full time and part time options available)
Start date 13th January 2025
Due to training, no annual leave to be taken from 13th of January to 28th of February 2025 inclusive.

?he ability to work efficiently under pressure while still delivering a premium service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate these by telephone, e-mail and letter
?or hybrid/fully remote options you must have wifi, a landline and office set up in place (Essential)
?f successful you must be available to attend a half day assessment centre on Thursday 28th of November from 9am-12noon (Essential) and thereafter available for a 1 hour 1-2-1 interview on Friday 29th of November at an allocated time
Please let the consultant know which work option you can commit to and note for the remote working option you will be able to be fully home based once the training is completed and all the dates will be given to you in advance so you can plan your diary.
