Who We?re Looking For:

This role is NOT for everyone. We're only hiring people who:
? Love to clean and have at least 2 years of experience (commercial preferred)
? Know how to clean lobbies, kitchens, breakrooms, restrooms, daycares, churches, etc.
? Can mop, vacuum, sweep, and sanitize with both speed and excellence
? Are detail-obsessed ? smudges, dust, or grime drive you nuts
? Follow systems and checklists, and always look for ways to improve
? Communicate clearly and proactively via smartphone and app
? Show up on time, every time, and take pride in a job well done
? Can handle multiple clients and manage time independently
? Look for ways to go above and beyond ? without being asked
? Have a smartphone and reliable transportation
? (Bonus points if you have your own equipment and supplies)

Duties
? Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
? Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
? Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
? Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain recycling practices.
? Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
? Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
? Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or requested by management.

Skills
? Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
? Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
? Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
? Good time management skills are needed to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
? Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and coworkers.

Job Details:
? Location: Austin, TX, and surrounding areas
? Shifts: Nights (6 pm?6 am preferred), part-time to start
? Pay: $16?$20+/hour depending on experience (plus performance bonuses)
? Job Type: Independent contractor (1099) to start
