?elephone agents are assigned a phone station where they stay connected throughout their shift taking calls as they come.
?e answer calls for a variety of businesses and professional clients all over the county, taking and relaying their messages, performing intake for new clients, booking appointments, and transferring calls.
?e do not make cold calls!
Hours: F/T Flexible Daytime, Evening (Preferred), and Weekend (Must)
Requirements: ?eliable strong high-speed internet connection. ?ersonal computer (Must be hardwired) ?trong typing and proper grammar skills ?an work flexible hours in a quiet remote setting ?ust have Telephone Customer Service experience
