Kinley Ames is looking for experienced and entry level Call Center Representatives to provide Customer Service and Technical Support. We are growing and seeking associates to assist customers with orders, billing, travel, customer service, reservation, technical support and more.
Job Responsibilities: ?nswer incoming calls, chats, and emails ?esearch, analyze and determine the appropriate course of action ?uild trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interaction ?ffer members alternative vacation options ?olve member concerns for first call resolution ?psell eligible customers home warranty solutions ?nter new customer information into the system ?rocess payment deferrals and installment plans ?roblem solve, mediate, and negotiate ?scalate issues appropriately
Education and Experience:
?igh school diploma or equivalent
?equired language proficiency
?ood data entry and typing skills
?reat customer service and people skills
