Honeycomb are working with a leading Bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full time temporary position. This role will have the option to work from home once training has been completed.

Your Responsibilities: ?e the first point of contact for all customers in the bank and provide a professional, friendly and efficient service, on the telephone. ?ou will support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings. ?aintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations. ?ollowing Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks. ?anaging Complaints
