POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a Cloud Technical Business Analyst, you will solve complex business problems utilizing business process redesign and cloud computing technologies. Assignments include business process assessment to developing new processes and/or business flows to leverage elastic capabilities of software-as-a-service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs technical-based investigation.
- Gather requirements from the stakeholders and transform them into technical user stories with their correct hierarchy.
- Consult with business process and functional unit owners.
- Organize and support during the prioritization process with the stakeholders the project scope.
- Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization.
- Develops new standard operating procedures documentation and products.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, reports, spreadsheets, new operating models, and new workflows.
- Creates methodology to measure process performance against established metrics.
- Maintain knowledge and proficiency of best practices in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Technology or a related field.
- Cloud knowledge, preferable on AWS.
- Self driving with moderate guidance.
- English Proficiency. (70% written, 80% spoken, 90% understanding).
- Communication skills.
- People and leadership skills.
- Previous or current experience as a developer.
- Experience working with Scrum (Daily, Refinement, Retrospective).
- Used or willing to write detailed technical requirements documents.
- Have knowledge on security best practices.
- Willing to investigate technologies on a high to medium level picture.
