Job Description
Key responsibilities: ?elivering excellent customer service to donors and supporters over the phone and via email. ?andling supporter queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. ?aintaining accurate records of supporter interactions in the internal database. ?uilding and maintaining relationships with supporters to ensure ongoing engagement. ?orking collaboratively with the customer service team to meet and exceed departmental goals. ?dhering to all company policies and procedures. ?articipating in training and development opportunities as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supporter Care Officer should have:
?xperience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector.
?xceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
?trong background in call handling, ideally in relation to fundraising/donations.
?trong problem-solving abilities.
? commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
?xperience using CRM systems.
? team-oriented mindset.
