Many departments at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering interns, and associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.

?ngaging with different departments to understand our corporate structure
?nteracting with leadership and experienced associates

Be equipped with/to (may vary by role/department):
?ssist with business activities and processes
?articipate and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and projects
?esearch emerging trends, data analysis, and evaluate options
?enerate reports, promotional/educational materials, and other work products
?erve internal and external customers

Starting Pay: Begins at $18 per hour and is based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Candidates should have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.
Our company is not currently hiring interns for this role if they will need sponsorship at any time in the future, including Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).
Requirements: ?nrolled as a full-time, undergraduate student -or- part-time graduate student at an accredited college/university ?ajor in Entrepreneurship or business-related discipline with an interest in start-ups ?revious internships in insurance industry preferred ?ollegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial are acceptable) ?n good academic standing (cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher preferred) ?rior experience (including internships) in the insurance industry preferred ?ust be able to work up to 40 hours per week ?roficient in Microsoft?
