We are seeking a skilled Software Support professional with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Technical Project Management. This role combines technical expertise with project coordination skills to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities: ?echnical Expertise: ?trong understanding of software development, deployment pipelines, and system architecture. ?roficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible). ?xperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk). ?RE & RCA: ?xpertise in conducting RCAs and implementing preventive measures. ?ands-on experience with incident management and disaster recovery processes. ?roject Management: ?trong organizational and multitasking abilities. ?xperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Qualifications: ?achelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ?+ years of experience in Software Support, SRE, or a related role. ?roven experience in RCA and managing technical projects. ?ertifications in SRE, ITIL, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
