This career step requires intermediate level experience. Responsible for analysis, design, development, and documentation of network quality/process improvements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: ?ay develop new processes, define processing or handling requirements, compile/evaluate test data. ?akes recommendations and implements improvements. ?eviews requirements for compatibility with processing methods. ?evelops/modifies processes, methods, and controls to meet quality standards. ?onducts feasibility studies and recommends process improvements. ?ay provide data mining, reporting, and support to technical network programs and initiatives for network data standards and integrity. ?nalyze, track, and publish methods and procedures. ?nalyze data to identify root cause of network problems. ?ay provide process improvement training. ?rovide technical support on process and compliance. ?esponsible for analysis, design, development, and documentation of network quality/process improvements. ?ligns improvement to network performance shortfalls. ?rovides consultation on reengineering techniques to improve network process performance and product quality. ?evelops network methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for results. ?nalyzes, tracks and publishes network performance and process/quality indicators and results by constructing reports that are geographically illustrative of network process trends and performance. ?nsures network process capability, control and improvement by implementing procedures and interpreting network standards. ?evelops network metrics that provide data to measure for future network improvement opportunities. ?ollects data to identify root cause of network problems. ?easures performance against network process requirements. Responsible for the development and implementation of network performance metrics, process control points and results management. ?rites/edits technical network manuals.

Education:
?S degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related network experience.

Environmental Requirements: ?his position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. ?his may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Senior Network Process & Quality, earn between $85,700 - $128,500. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
