About The Job: Virtual Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Assistant (EVENING AND WEEKEND OPENINGS).
We call our virtual sales force 'Perceptionist's', and the job is one of the most important parts of our business. A Perceptionist acts as an extension of our client? businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Our team members work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment and become experts in multiple industries.
We?e looking for team members with a passion for creating positive first impressions, and a desire to deliver personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in our business. We are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position. Must have your own computer to use at the beginning. Please include your personal email and location in with your resume. We are based in the United States. We do not hire internationally at this time. This is a work from home position.

Required Qualifications: ?inimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required. ?esults-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals. ?trong PC and problem-solving skills. ?trong verbal and written communication skills. ?ffice experience in the following industries is a plus - Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman are a PLUS.
