Key Responsibilities
?versee the management of email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
?oordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual events in collaboration with staff and ministry leaders.
?ssist in the creation and distribution of digital content, including newsletters, reminders, and social media updates.
?aintain organized and accurate records, databases, and contact lists for church members and event participants.
?upport online events by managing registrations, sending out reminders, and conducting follow-up communications.
?onduct general administrative tasks such as data entry, organization of files, and light research.
Required Skills
