Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Releventful is looking for a confident, customer-facing Product Specialist to own their demo and onboarding experience. This role involves guiding potential customers through the product and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to active customer, while also driving revenue through high-quality demos.
Responsibilities
- Run 8–10 live product demos per week (45–60 minutes each)
- Clearly explain the platform and tailor demos to customer needs
- Answer product and pricing questions with confidence
- Guide qualified prospects to schedule a booking call
- Follow up with demo attendees via CRM and direct outreach
- Keep leads engaged and moving forward
- Ensure clean handoffs to the closing call
- Assist new customers with initial setup and onboarding
- Answer early-stage questions via chat and email
- Help ensure a smooth transition from sale to active customer
- Jump in where needed across demos, onboarding, and light customer support
- Provide feedback on demo flow, messaging, and customer experience
