The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR functions and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Position Overview: As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities: ?ecruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews. Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. ?mployee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues. Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and confidential manner. ?enefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes. ?R Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with legal requirements. Assist in developing and updating HR policies as needed. ?erformance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters. ?R Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess trends, turnover, and other key HR indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes. ?raining and Development: Coordinate training initiatives, workshops, and employee development programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous learning. ?mployee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organize events and activities that foster a positive workplace culture. Qualifications: ?achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ?ears of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions. ?nowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. ?trong interpersonal and communication skills. ?roficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite. ?bility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. ?R certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
