Responsibilities
?ransfer confidential data from paper and/or electronic (typed) formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard
?ype in data provided directly from staff
?erify data by comparison/generating reports
?ort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry
Qualifications
?igh School Diploma or equivalent required.
?rior work experience in data entry.
?referred work experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office.
?yping proficiency, preferred level of at least 45 wpm accuracy, no errors.
?as some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology.
