As a Remote Administrative Assistant/ Clerical Administrative Assistant/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and providing general support to our team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $25 to $36 per hour, along with the opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
- Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
