The Talent Acquisition team at V2X is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted partner. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
?chedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
?andle last-minute scheduling changes.
?oordinate TA training sessions and seminars.
?roduce and Submit reports on general TA activity.
?ssist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings.
?ssist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System.
?oordinate candidate Travel
?ther duties as assigned
Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
?/S Diploma or equivalent
?rior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
?xcellent written and verbal communication skills.
?orks well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
?bility to take initiative and work independently when needed
?ighly computer literate
?trong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
