? Assist customers with questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns.
? Provide detailed product knowledge?educating customers about ingredients like 7hydroxymitragynine and pseudoalkaloids, as well as usage guidelines.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
? Escalate wholesale purchase concerns to the appropriate internal team.
? Stay uptodate with company policies, product updates, and relevant regulations.
