Are you an experienced Special Education Teacher looking for a flexible, remote opportunity to impact students across New Hampshire? We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Special Education Teacher to join our virtual team. You?l provide individualized instruction and support to K-12 students, helping them thrive in an online learning environment while working from home. As a 1099 contractor, you?l have the freedom to set your own schedule and work independently.
Key Responsibilities: ?rovide virtual instruction to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that IEP goals are met. ?evelop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students in collaboration with parents and school staff. ?se engaging, research-based teaching methods tailored to students' specific needs. ?onduct virtual assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth. ?onitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to promote success. ?ollaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a supportive learning environment for all students. ?tay up-to-date on special education regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
Qualifications: ?achelor? or Master? degree in Special Education. ?ctive New Hampshire Special Education teaching certification (required). ?xperience developing and implementing IEPs. ?rior experience working in a virtual setting is a plus. ?trong knowledge of special education laws, including IDEA and 504 plans. ?xcellent communication and organizational skills. ?bility to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
