We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and discreet individual to join our team as a Chat and Messaging Support Specialist for the Norwegian-speaking market.

This role involves engaging in personal, one-on-one text-based conversations with users through our internal platform. The focus is on creating a comfortable and emotionally intelligent space for communication ? meaning your tone, timing, and attention to detail are just as important as your grammar.

What you?ll be doing:

Responding to incoming messages in Norwegian with warmth and professionalism

Managing multiple conversations at once without losing personal connection

Maintaining a consistent tone and presence

Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and discretion in all communication

Requirements:

Native-level Norwegian (written)

Good command of English

Excellent writing skills and emotional sensitivity

Ability to work independently and manage time well

Comfortable in adult-oriented settings (no explicit material handling required)
