The roles and responsibilities of delivery drivers are as follows:
? General truck inspection of Box truck and truck and trailer. Includes checking oil, tire pressure, and all fluids
? Ensure loaded cargo matches shipping and receiving paperwork...
? Ensure loaded cargo does not leave without correct paperwork
? Responsible for making sure the load is secure in box truck and trailer (strapping down/screwing down load)
? Correctly fill out driving time logs
? In between loads or not driving help in final assembly or another department as needed
? Follow company quality and safety standards
? Collaborate effectively with the entire SEI Manufacturing team to assure clear communication
? Driving Box Truck requires a chauffeur?s license/Not-for-hire license
? This position can be full time or part time. This is an hourly position with deliveries in the local area.
