The Growth Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple?s media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple Apple services, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One.

Apple is seeking a self-motivated and curious person who will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications for Apple Services, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of Apple services and products.

This position will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization.
? *Description**

The Growth Marketing Operations Manager will develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that aim to generate awareness, increase acquisition, and drive engagement for Apple services and products. They will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business teams. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization.

In addition to monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating to internal teams when issues arise, this individual will also be responsible for optimizing program performance through A/B testing and experimentation. They will identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, increase operational efficiency, and further develop internal platform features. They will also contribute to a knowledge base of articles, best practices, and playbooks that serves as repository for training resources.
? *Minimum Qualifications**

+ 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives

+ Technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys

+ Proven experience with logical reasoning and critical thinking

+ Experience in SQL to target customers through customer segmentation

+ Bachelor?s degree or equivalent education

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,800 and $222,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
