What You Will Do:
?rovide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
?uild positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
?eet team KPIs
?lways be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
?ecurely work with customers?ensitive information
?pply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
?aintain working knowledge of our client? products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:
?luent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
?xperience in customer service
?nalytical and research skills
?ositive and responsible attitude
?ersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps?ownload and 40 Mbps?pload)
