Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll work closely with our members to understand their unique circumstances and provide personalized support and guidance. **Key Responsibilities** * Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs * Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client * Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support * Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments * Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits * Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaboration and open communication * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the benefits or insurance industry * Familiarity with supplemental benefits and healthcare plans * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to think critically and creatively * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
