**Experienced Operations and Customer Center Co-op – Fall 2025**

As a Co-op in our Operations and Customer Center (OCC), you'll play a vital role in supporting our 24/7 operation and contributing to the success of our global network. **Overview of the Operations and Customer Center (OCC)** The OCC is the heartbeat and nerve center of arenaflex's worldwide operations, responsible for all tactical and strategic decision-making for any operational disruption in our network. Our OCC Co-ops will be assigned to one of our teams, working alongside aviation professionals to use data to solve operational business challenges. **Key Responsibilities** As an OCC Co-op, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports arenaflex's operations and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: * Working with our Air Traffic Management team to develop analysis and data products that mitigate system delay and improve operational decision-making * Collaborating with our Operations Management team to create applications and identify efficiencies that streamline workflow * Leveraging internal and external data sources to drive business insights and inform operational decisions * Supporting our teams with data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction * Working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications: * Be an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a similar 4-year degree program * Be available to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM work schedule * Be enrolled with an educational institution throughout the duration of the co-op program * Be willing to learn new skills and try new things, with a willingness to fail, learn from experience, and improve * Possess strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint * Be comfortable working in group and individual settings * Consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others * Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles * Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While the minimum qualifications are essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R * Knowledge of aviation operations and customer experience principles * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines **What You'll Gain from this Opportunity** As an OCC Co-op at arenaflex, you'll gain: * Hands-on experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Opportunities to develop your skills in data analysis, project management, and customer experience * Exposure to the aviation industry and its operational challenges * A chance to work with a diverse team of professionals and build your professional network * A competitive salary and benefits package * The opportunity to contribute to the success of a global airline and make a real impact on customer experiences **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
