**The Role**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via our online chat software, and providing quick and accurate assistance to resolve their queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Qualifications and Skills**
