As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be the face of arenaflex, presenting our casino games live on-camera to players from around the world. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Present our casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and creating an engaging experience
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our games, rules, and procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to player queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless game presentation and a high-quality viewing experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate our 24/7 studio operations

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
* Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
* Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
* At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
* Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
**Physical Functions:**
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
* Repeated use of both hands and arms
* Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
* Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
* Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
* Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
* Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
