**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others
* Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* A minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
