As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in reviewing and entering selections provided by our customers into our WBS database in a timely and accurate manner. **Job Purpose:**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering selections provided by our customers into our WBS database. Your primary duties will include:
* Entering flooring and manufactured goods selections into our computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt.
* Entering in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
* Scanning in all documents for each quote entered.
* Entering revisions and/or changes and deleting old selections when applicable.
* Double-checking all selections entered for accuracy.
* Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and enter selections provided by customers into our WBS database in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ensure all data entered is accurate and up-to-date.
* Scan in all documents for each quote entered to maintain a paperless system.
* Enter revisions and/or changes and delete old selections when applicable to maintain data integrity.
* Double-check all selections entered for accuracy to prevent errors.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental and company goals.
**Qualifications & Required Skills:**
* Minimum High School Diploma Required
* Two years of administrative experience a plus
* Ability to pay close attention to detail
* Good time management skills
* Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
* Possess problem-solving and analytical skills
* Computer skills a plus – Microsoft Office, Email etiquette
