**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, as well as identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and our fund business or transfer agents. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles and identify/ address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer agents
* Handle Corporate Activity Events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity
* Conduct research on complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation improvements, and provider modifications
* Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
* Analyze and refine client purchases to prevent account attrition, client dissatisfaction, and/or liability for TDA
* Communicate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
* Collaborate with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in our daily interactions with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other outside business partners
**Tasks Analysis**
* Customer review of membership deals or transactions requirements
* Client/Advisor level exceptions
* Regulatory commitments (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
* Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
* Evaluation and analysis of applicable tax code and corrections of tax coding
* Trouble Resolving
* Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
* Origin of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
* Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
* Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
* Customer or Organization Companion Service
* Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
* Providing act on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
* Well-timed and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in investment or trading
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
* Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and other financial systems
* Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
