**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
* Operating the register and handling cash transactions
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
* Maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment
* Interacting with customers daily and providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and drive sales growth
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Sales associate or cashiering experience
* Experience working in a food program or similar environment

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

* Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
**Physical Requirements**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
