This position requires a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on leadership, team development, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and promoting the department's goals and objectives through effective planning and supervision * Developing, implementing, and maintaining department procedures to increase efficiency and improve service * Monitoring and analyzing customer service effectiveness reports to enhance department efficiency * Overseeing the order entry process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cut-off times * Communicating sales opportunities to the Sales team to maximize sales penetration * Hiring, training, and managing a team of customer service representatives * Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members * Managing the Customer Management Process (CMP) and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures * Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction **Qualifications** To be successful as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * 3 years or more of customer service or call center experience * Proven ability to communicate effectively to satisfy customer needs * Experience managing individuals, motivating, training, and disciplining a staff * Good computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Bilingual English/Spanish a plus * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle crisis situations effectively * Good operational knowledge of a distribution warehouse environment **Decision Making Authority** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the authority to make important decisions independently, including: * Weekly schedules and hiring decisions * Customer credits under $500 * Incentive payouts and changes to procedures or implementation of new procedures **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
