As a member of the General Counsel? Organization, this flexible and energetic Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to 4 Vice Presidents within the GCO. This role requires planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks and be able to work independently and confidently under pressure.

Building strong relationships, being resourceful, and knowing how to navigate large organizations fluidly will also be critical to success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: (24.05 to )48.10 hourly bonus benefits. The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we?l consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

?oordinate with executive offices across the Company to facilitate close coordination between the legal and business teams
?rganizing and maintaining complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones
?egularly interfacing with American Express legal and business executives
?reating and updating matters via the General Counsel? Office Billing/Matter Tracking System
?anaging end-to-end expense reporting and invoicing processes
?oordinating travel arrangements and logistics
?upport onboarding of new hires and various ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

?amiliarity with office management and technologies
?trong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in execution
