Job Description:
• Lead paid performance marketing strategy and programs to drive high-quality acquisition and revenue growth
• Own paid search, social, display, media, programmatic and emerging digital channels
• Manage a multi-million $ annual media budget with focus on MRR, Spend/MRR, and MER efficiency
• Define and develop acquisition strategies across paid channels
• Be the owner for paid performance dashboards, layered on systems like GA4, GV360, TradeDesk, Adobe, SFDC
• Lead and mentor a global team of paid media professionals
Requirements:
• Typically, 10+ years in digital marketing
• Proven track record of scaling digital marketing initiatives in a high-growth environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in harnessing AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
