Key responsibilities for the Customer Support Assistant:
?rovide excellent customer service to all customers with a customer-comes-first attitude.
?ustomer Support will have to demonstrate the ability to write well professionally and work with different departments to resolve issues as they arise.

Customer Support Assistant Responsibilities include:
?esponding to emails in a timely manner
?chieving quarterly customer satisfaction goal / score
?nderstanding how Operations flows
?astering internal communication platforms
?eing a well-rounded individual by mastering mail processing and data entry to understand our services and what is offered

Qualities Required for Customer Support Assistant:
?inimum typing speed of 60 WPM
?assion to continuously improve and learn
?ollege education or currently enrolled in College
?ust be passionate about communication or willing to learn
?ust be able to solve problems and provide resolutions
