Token Metrics is hiring a creative and charismatic UGC Content Creator who thrives on short-form video storytelling and is deeply tapped into crypto culture. You'll be the on-camera personality behind content that entertains, educates, and converts, built natively for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Job PurposeThe UGC Content Creator will play a critical role in producing authentic, engaging short-form video content that captures Token Metrics? voice and makes complex crypto topics fun, relatable, and viral-ready. You?ll help drive awareness, engagement, and brand credibility through UGC-style content optimized for today?s attention economy.
Key Responsibilities
? Film and produce 5?10 short-form UGC videos weekly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
? Act as the on-camera talent for videos that explain, react to, or offer opinions on crypto trends, tokens, or market updates
? Write short scripts or talking points based on trending topics, news, or provided briefs
? Stay up to date on platform trends, audios, meme formats, and viral hooks
? Collaborate with marketing, research, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns
? Review analytics to iterate on performance and optimize future content
Required Skills And Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience creating UGC-style content with a portfolio of TikToks, Reels, or Shorts
? Confident on camera with a natural, relatable delivery style
? Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, pacing, hooks, and engagement techniques
? Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing your own videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, or native app editors
? Deep interest and understanding of crypto, Web3, NFTs, or financial education content
? Ability to create both educational and entertaining content that resonates with a crypto-curious audience
Preferred Qualifications
? Existing audience or content experience in the crypto, fintech, or investing niche
? Familiarity with TikTok, IG, and Shorts platform features and creator tools
? Understanding of marketing principles, including CTAs, audience targeting, and brand voice
